PRICING INFORMATION

My process, pricing and overall structure may be different than what you have experienced with other photographers so please take time to read the details below. This should cover just about everything however, if you still have questions please let me know by using the form at the bottom of this page.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

  • The mandatory cost per athlete photographed is $30.00.

  • 100% participation/purchase is required. If 20 athletes are photographed, the total cost would be $600 (20x$30). There is no cost for Coaches if they are photographed to be included in the team image.

  • I do not collect the $30 fee from parents/athletes. The team will be invoiced for the total amount owed ($30 X total number of athletes). This means that a parent or coach volunteer will collect from each parent and assume responsibility of paying the invoice.

  • $30.00 is the required minimum cost per athlete. If an athlete or a team decides to purchase additional but optional images or banners, they can order those extras and pay directly through me. Ordering anything extra is completely optional.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

  • Other than vinyl banners, I do not offer printed products. I offer high resolution, digital jpeg composite images with full printing and usage rights. This allows the athlete, parents, team and school to use the images for anything they want such as merchant photo fundraisers, social media, website, programs and yearbooks.

  • Each athlete will receive an individual digital image as well as the team digital image in both 2x3 and 4x5 ratios. Two images but four total digital files. Each athlete will have the opportunity to view their images and choose which one they want to be used for their individual. I will also provide a printing guide to aid in printing various print sizes using the digital image files as well as a print release form.

BONUS!

  • I also include unedited, social media quality resolution, jpeg versions of the images from your shoot (individual and group images) at no extra cost. This means that the team/athletes can use these images to create their own social media images (game day, achievements, etc.) With resources like Canva this has become much easier and less complicated. If an athlete or team would like me to edit and create additional images for them they can do so for an additional charge but that is optional and not required. See pricing details for “extras” below.

IMAGE DELIVERY

  • Once all of the teams images are completed, a link to a shared Google drive folder will be sent to my designated contact person for image distribution to parents and athletes. Any optional additional images purchased by athletes/parents would be delivered directly to the parent by me at the email address provided when ordering. Additional images can be ordered by emailing a request to me at don@3rdcreative.com

VINYL BANNERS (optional)

  • If your team would like vinyl banners I can make it very easy and affordable. The cost for 13oz vinyl banners with metal hanging grommets is $3 per square foot. If you have a size in mind you can simply multiply the width X height X 3 to calculate the price. If you would like a heavier weight/more durable or mesh wind resistant banners I can provide pricing information upon request. 13oz is the standard weight and they are very durable.

    Some common 13oz sizes are but not limited to

    • 2’x3’ - $18 each

    • 3’x4.5’ - $45 each

    • 4’x6’ - $72 each

    • 6’x9’ - $162 each

    • 8’x10’ - $240 each

    • 8’x12’ - $288 each

  • Unless the athlete purchases an additional pose digital image ($10 each) I will use the same pose/image for the banner that is used for the digital individual included in the required $30 base purchase.

  • Banners can be shipped directly to the school or designated parents address. There is no additional charge for shipping on the initial team order. If additional banners are requested after the initial order there is an additional shipping charge of $10 per order (not per banner). No shipping charge will apply in the event that I have to reorder due to an error that I have made. As a safe guard, I always offer the designated person I am working with the opportunity to proof digital images for accuracy prior to ordering vinyl banners.

  • Once a banner order is placed, they typically arrive in 2-3 business days (quick!).

OTHER OPTIONAL EXTRAS Parents and athletes will have the option to purchase edited versions of additional images/poses. Once you have your unedited green screen images you are welcome to email your request for additional edited images to me at don@3rdcreative.com. Be sure to include the athletes name and, the image numbers you want and any other details (buddy image, game day image, memory mate etc.). See details and pricing below.

Upgrade your proofs

Unedited, low resolution, social media quality proofs are included in your initial $30 fee. However, you do have the option to upgrade your individual proof images to high resolution and retouched versions for a $30 fee. This includes color, skin tone correction, blemish removal, eye glass glare removal, teeth whitening, eye enhancement, optional braces removal and more.

Buddy/Sibling/Group Images

Athletes are welcome to pose with friends or siblings. I can also composite groups together using images of athletes who are phtographed seperately. The cost for a 4x5 high resolution digital group jpeg is

  • $15 for 2-3 people.

  • $20 for 4 or more people

Memory Mates

  • Digital memory mate images are $15 each. This can be printed as an 8x10 or 16x20. You can select a different pose than the included individual if you prefer.

Game Day Images

  • Parents and athletes are welcome to purchase game day images. The cost ifor a single person 1x1 game day image is $10, $15 for 2-3 person and $20 for 4-6 person. Game day images can be made with or without specific game information. Parents and athletes are welcome to select the pose of their choice.

Additional Pose Images

  • Parents and athletes are welcome to purchase additional individual images using poses/images of their choice. The cost for a 4x5 alternate pose digital jpeg is $10 each.
