Please understand that response time can vary but rest assured that we will email it to you as quickly as possible. Also be sure to check your downloads folder on your computer. Remember that your initial download link that we provided at check out is for a pdf file. This pdf file has all of your download and font links on it. The links that are on this pdf file are the links used to download your purchased template files and those links do not expire. Only the initial pdf download link provided at checkout expires 24 hours after opening the link. Unless you have deleted or moved the pdf file to another folder, it is likely sitting/hiding in your downloads folder.
